I maintain and develop several packages in both Python and R. My current focus is on FDApy, where I am working on implementing functional data analysis in Python. I also develop pyspline, an implementation of P-splines smoothing. During my PhD, I created the R packages denoisr, funestim, and simulater to support various research findings.
